Hosted by Sam is the co-hosting business of Samantha Brogan, based in Loveland, Ohio. She takes over the running of your short-term rental while the home, the money and the final say stay yours: the owner stays the host of record, and booking payouts land in the owner's account exactly as they do today. Her fee is 15% of booking revenue, with no setup fee and no long-term contract.

How does it work?

1. A fifteen-minute call: About the home, how it is booking now, and what you want off your plate. If it is not a fit, both sides say so.
2. You add Sam as a co-host: From your own account, with its built-in co-host tool. You choose exactly what she can do, and you can switch it off at any time. No password handover.
3. She starts with your next booking: You watch the same calendar, the same inbox and the same numbers she does. Nothing happens on your listing that you cannot open and read.

The money, plainly

You stay the host of record, and the money stays yours. Booking payouts land in your account, and Sam's portion comes through the platform's co-host payout split or a monthly invoice, your choice. Your state license, your sales-tax certificate and your county tax account stay in your name; she helps you keep them current. And if you ever want to stop, remove her from the listing: no notice period, no exit fee. If your home is not listed yet, getting it listed well is the first job, and there is still no setup fee.

Ohio: Loveland, Kings Mills, Morrow, Waynesville and Oxford, and the townships between them, covering Warren, Butler, Hamilton and Clermont Counties.

Florida: St. Augustine, Jacksonville and the beaches, and the Kissimmee area, with a partner on the ground for every turnover, so your home gets a local hand and Sam's attention at the same time.

Sam spent years on hotel front desks, so she has handled every guest situation there is, and she also runs a trades company's back office: scheduling, payroll, logistics. Your rental gets that same operation. Hosted by Sam is her own business, not a franchise and not a call center: when you message, you get Sam.
